In the production of our artificial grass machines we have the possibility to use a full servo system on the yarn / cloth feed or to use PIV boxes.

This choice is mainly made by considering your aim for production speed, pile height and budget.

We also developed a special dual yarn feed system specific for artificial grass machines which gives you all the flexibility you need.

Special yarn feed rollers for grass machines. We have allready converted many grass machines to our new system.

This system has a lot of advantages to the standard yarn feed rollers:

- Low down position

 - Simple operation which saves production time

- Yarn feeding without stairs

- Yarn feed in front of the rollers which gives a lot of possibilities for stop motions sensors

- Change of gauge on yarn feed rollers within minutes, for example from 5/16” to 5/8” without cutting the ends.

- Drive arrangement by servo motors or by gear box

- System usable also for carpet machines
